  • Call the Office at 847-670-4545
  • Pick the option to leave a voicemail if it is before 10pm and you have a non-urgent issue. We will return your call within the hour. Any voicemails left after 10 pm will be returned the following morning.
  • Pick the option to page the on call doctor if it is an urgent issue that cannot wait the hour, or if it is after 10pm and cannot wait until the next morning.
  • If you have an emergency and cannot wait – never hesitate to call 911
