Stephanie S. Baker
M.D., F.A.A.P
Dr. Baker received her medical education at Rush Medical School in Chicago, graduating in 1993. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at Rush Presbyterian St Luke’s Medical Center in 1996. From 1996 to 2005, Dr Baker was with Associated Pediatrics in Northbrook and Lincolnshire. In 2005, Dr. Baker opened Pediatric Solutions, SC in Arlington Heights.
She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Lurie Children’s Community Physicians Association. Dr. Baker is on staff at Advocate Aurora Lutheran General Hospital, Lurie Children’s Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital and NorthShore University HealthSystem.
Dr. Baker has clinical interests in nutrition, obesity, asthma, eczema and allergic rhinitis. She is also the mother of two girls.
Dr. Baker was nominated by Chicago Parent magazine as a Chicago’s Favorite Kids Doc. She has also received the Physician of the Month Award from Lutheran General Hospital.
Satish Charo
M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Charo attended Boston University for college and medical school, graduating in 2000. He completed his pediatric residency at Rush University Medical Center in 2003. He then worked at Associated Pediatrics in Northbrook and Lincolnshire prior to joining Pediatric Solutions in 2005.
He is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Lurie Children’s Community Physicians Association. Dr Charo is on staff at Advocate Aurora Lutheran General Hospital, Lurie Children’s Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital and NorthShore University HealthSystem.
Dr Charo has three children, including twin boys and is thus very experienced with multiple births and premature infants. He has been a speaker for two twin clubs: Multiple Choice and Double Take. Dr Charo has clinical interests in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, food allergies, asthma, eczema and allergic rhinitis. His wife, Kathleen, is an optometrist.

Carissa J. Lee Holmes
M.D., F.A.A.P.
Dr. Lee Holmes attended Rush Medical College in Chicago, receiving her Doctor of Medicine degree in 2001. She completed her pediatric residency training t Rush University Medical Center in 2005, serving as Pediatric Chief Resident during her final year. She worked as a pediatric hospitalist at Edwards Hospital in Naperville from 2005-2007. In 2005, she also began work as a general pediatrician at Shriners Hospital for Children in Chicago and remained that until 2010.
The experience at Shriners had given Dr. Lee Holmes expanded knowledge of Spinal Cord Injuries, Spina Bifida, Cleft Lip and Palate, Cerebral Palsy, Clubfoot and other orthopedic disorders. She also has a clinical interest in asthma, allergies, constipation, sleep disorders, and does counseling on breastfeeding issues.
Dr. Lee Holmes is Board Certified in Pediatrics and a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Lurie Children’s Community Physicians Association. As an Illinois Immunization Patient Advocacy Leader through the Illinois AAP, she works to educate parents and other physicians on immunizations and current research in the field. Dr. Lee Holmes is on staff at Advocate Aurora Lutheran General Hospital, Lure Children’s Hospital, Northwest Community Hospital and NorthShore University HealthSystem.
Dr. Lee Holmes received the Physician of the Month Award through Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. As an I-VAC (Illinois Vaccinates Against Covid) regional representative, she helps other medical practices become Covid 19 vaccinators. Dr. Lee Holmes also speaks on basic pediatric issues at Mount Prospect Public Library.
